PT Water & Stone seeks a skilled and motivated person who wishes to work as an Office Manager. Responsibilities include: Business Correspondence in English, filing, basic booking keeping, creating invoices, receipts, handling petty cash, preparation of payroll (small office - less than 15 people), telephone & reception, assist with handling Visas and Kitas (2 expats) and with air tickets and accommodation bookings (infrequent travel).
This job requires a good command of written English, strong organizational skills, and initiative. A good attitude towards work and a desire to learn and grow are necessities for working with our team!

Requirements:
- Good command of written English
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work without constant close supervision
- At least 5 years experience with office administration
- At least 3 years experience with book keeping (some accounting skill a plus)
- Computer literate and able to work with Microsoft Office
- Trustworthy and reliable.
